  Carrie Lee's in Waterford has the best fried rice I've ever had from a Chinese restaurant. The owner's who processed my carry out order were extremely friendly and kind as well!

  Carrie Lee's does have really good chinese food, for a good price. However, the facility is really run down and the service is awful when eating in. Which is completely opposite of the owners, who are good people.
  
  All the classics are quite good, but maybe not the best in town.

  I have been going there since my kids were small. Now I take my granddaughters. The waitress taught my granddaughters, how to eat with chopsticks. What a great place. Tbe food is good enough that the granddaughters ask to go back often. Oh it is a Pokémon stop!

  Poor service. Run down atmosphere . Filthy conditions combined with an "off" flavor in the food is the reason why locals will drive 20-minutes farther away for a chance at better quality food. Don't know how they stay in business.
