  Horrible dining experience. Went in with a group of 4 people. Each person was served their food roughly 15 minutes apart. The wrong order was brought to our table, and our drinks were not refilled the entire time we were there.

  I never went in but I've known some pretty "seedy" people who have worked here in the past so it doesn't surprise me about the bad reviews. I like their pizza but only get delivery, the only problem however I have is they NEVER give me my double order of breadsticks. They only give me a single order, I quit ordering a double order. They forgot 4 out of 6 times, sometimes I catch it and they have the other order in the car still or they say they forgot to give them the order and will have to drive back so I just say nevermind. I complained about it to the store and website but nothing happened, no reimbursement.

  Matthew the manager called me 2 minutes before I was supposed to receive my delivery to state that they didn't have meatballs. I couldn't pick up because my child was sick and I was taking care of him. When I called back he gave me a huge attitude about me not picking up when he called. Please train Matthew on customer service or get rid of the guy. Never again will I order from this location.
