- 1 / 5By Nikki HI attempted to order a large French vanilla cappuccino with two shots of espresso added. Little did I know the horrible experience I was about to endure. The order taker was rude and short with me for starters. I got to the window and was charged for someone else's order who got one of everything off the menu. The guy at the window told me he didn't know how to refund me but he'd take my name and number. Already losing confidence, I told him to put the difference on a gift card. This idea rocked his world, but he was able to do so. Then, I got my cappuccino and arrived at work. The cappuccino was just over half full. And no extra espresso was added. Last time I ever go there.March 13, 2017
